Every browser and every new version of every browser processes forms and scripts a little differently. If you submit this form and it hangs (freezes and stop responding), it could be that you haven't given it enough time to send any images you've attached (images generally should not exceed, say, 100k to 500k), or it could be something unusual or corrupt in your image(s).
