As many of our customers know, in 2007 we curtailed all International sales due to too many experiences like this.

We do NOT guarantee delivery on out-of-country sales. That's because, at some point, our USPS hands off all items to one or a string of foreign governments, and we have no way to track their actions and misdeeds. We guarantee that we will ship your order within our regular time limits, and we will provide documentary proof of the shipment being sent out. Once you've ordered and we've received your loot, a tracking number will be sent to the email address you specify when ordering. Go here to check the shipping status of your item.

How to Calculate Costs:

To order from us from any country in the world outside the United States, the transaction will be done by Bank Wire Transfer, and the following costs will apply. All transactions are specified to be in US dollars only:

Note: YOUR bank may also charge a fee for your OUTGOING wire transfer

You are responsible for choosing ONLY a product from the list above that we will ship Internationally. If you choose a prohibited item, we will deduct $25 from your wire transfer and send the remainder back to you.

You are responsible for PROPERLY calculating all fees and charges.

If we receive a wire transfer that is short, we will deduct the fee our bank charges for incoming wires, plus a $10 service fee, and wire the remainder back to your account. You MUST be VERY CAREFUL in calculating your costs. A printable worksheet is provided after you submit the form below.

When you click the "I ACCEPT" button below you will be bound by the terms of this page and this agreement.

You MUST use the name on this form that you have or will use when completing any personalization form that may be required, and also the same name that will be used for the wire transfer.

When you submit the agreement below, any personalization forms you have completed or will complete will be flagged under this name and held in a special queue until your wire transfer arrives. If your wire transfer does not arrive within four (4) business days your personalization form(s) will be automatically deleted; we will never see them.

Assuming your order is consummated with payment via wire transfer, your order will be processed, printed and shipped within 72 hours of verification of your transfer. You should then usually receive it within 4-10 days worldwide, however we suggest allowing more like 20 working days before becoming concerned, and remember that your country's Customs always has the right to pull something off the line and delay it, pretty-much, for as long as it likes.

Once you submit your agreement, below, you'll be taken to a page which supplies you with all the info you'll need to initiate a wire transfer. Some banks will allow you to do this via the Internet from that particular bank's service page; some banks will require a telephone call; others may require you to come in, in person, to initiate the transfer. Once you have sent the transfer, it is irretrievable. It cannot be stopped. Your order cannot be cancelled. Your money will not be refunded.

Do we believe this is an easy, comfortable, enjoyable way to do business? NO! We think it stinks in just about every way possible. It inconveniences you, it inconveniences us. It costs all of us money that we shouldn't have to lose. We absolutely loathe and detest this method. But we have spent eight months researching better, more reliable, safer, faster, less expensive methods, and none exist. Paypal, for instance, offered us far less protection than if we were to simply "trust" the credit card companies, and we've proven over and over that, Internationally, they're a nightmare. We apologize profoundly and profusely to every customer who must jump these hurdles to obtain our products. We'd like to frankly wring the necks of a few thousand mindless, short-sighted, unimaginative bankers who reduce both seller and customer to cumbersome, irritating modes of doing business like this. But until someone, somewhere, wakes up and sets up a means for International companies to do business Internationally, safely, reliably, quickly, conveniently, painlessly....this is where we're at. Internet sales have been around some twenty years now. One would think that should have been long enough for the world's financial institutions to get a grip on this trend and solve its technical problems. Unfortunately, bankers, in our experience, are not generally the brightest bulbs in the string.
