What We Will (and won't) Do for You

Ground Rules:

Have you ever combed someone else's hair?

It doesn't matter how well you do it---the hair's owner must (it's a law) comb it again.

Have you ever put a hat on someone's head? You put it on exactly as they put it on, right? But they must (it's a law) reposition it, however slightly.

We offer complete makeover services and subjective types of photo editing only to local customers who are available to be present and to watch and direct the process in real time. The time required to pass ideas and suggestions back and forth through email is prohibitive.

To out-of-area customers we offer compositing services which are very specific. If an out-of-area customer asks us to make their hair "a little lighter", we won't take the job. Experience has shown that we might have four days and sixteen emails invested in figuring out just what the customer's idea of "a little lighter" really is.

If a customer asks us to make them look "a little thinner", we won't take the job---not unless the customer is willing to sit with us, in the office, and provide real-time feedback throughout the project.

If an out-of-area customers asks us to mask their red hair and change it to color #D7AB76 (a shade of blond), for instance, we'll say, "No problem!" --Because there can be no misunderstanding of what the customer wants.

Feel free to discuss any project with us, but these are the ground rules.
