Local police are working in conjunction with officials from san quinton prison at this hour to apprehend an escaped convict who, they say, has eluded re-capture for several years now. The suspect was originally convicted on murder charges and sentenced to life without the possibility of parole for the homicide of a lover after the relationship went bad. The fugitive served a mere six months, but escaped during a bloody shootout which left two guards dead and seven fellow inmates wounded. The FBI and other search teams were unable to find the escapee but local authorities tell us they may have tracked the individual, shown on your screen now, to this area. They believe the runaway killer was able to set-up and live a new life, hiding their tainted past. Authorities say that when a prison escapee stays out of trouble and off the radar of local police, they can be very difficult to locate. Tips suggest that this person may be hiding in plain view as an honest, responsible citizen in a local neighborhood, but must be apprehended to serve out their sentence. Please call 911 to report any information regarding the whereabouts of this individual. The FBI is offering a $250,000 cash reward. And now, back to your regularly scheduled programming.
